Plain language, minimal collection.

If you complete the brief, it records what you enter: your name, email, company, and the description of your need. That information is stored so the enquiry can be answered, and a copy is emailed to Marwane. Briefs are kept for twelve months after they arrive, then deleted automatically. If you leave an email address, you also receive one short email confirming that your request arrived. To prevent abuse of that email, a one-way fingerprint of your address is kept for 24 hours. It is used only to reply to you. It is never sold or shared for marketing. While you fill in the form, your answers stay in this tab’s memory, including when you change language. Reloading or closing the page clears an unfinished brief. The language-change handoff expires after one minute.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Basic operational logs may be generated by the hosting platform and API endpoints for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. The assistant keeps your conversation in your browser's session storage so it follows you from page to page; it is cleared when you close the tab.

Opening LinkedIn or using another contact action may record a lightweight usage event for basic site improvement. This data is not sold. Information you provide by email is used only to respond to your enquiry. Aggregate counts can include the selected service and the site entry point, but never the contents of your brief or contact details.

Email aityahia@meetmarwane.com with the subject “Data deletion request” if you believe personal data has been retained and want it removed. This is also the data-controller contact.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact briefs and usage counters are stored with Upstash, and brief notifications, as well as the confirmation sent to you, are delivered by Resend. If you chat with the concierge assistant, your messages and any contact details you share are processed by Anthropic to generate its replies, and a copy of that exchange may be recorded by LangSmith for debugging and quality purposes. The assistant answers only from this website's own pages. Its answers are indicative and may contain errors. Nothing it says is a quote, an offer or a commitment until Marwane confirms it to you himself. Each message you type is first checked automatically for misuse, also by Anthropic. Nothing you write reaches Marwane unless you review and confirm a brief. Submitting the contact form, or sending a first message to the concierge, is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile bot detection to help block automated abuse. Their respective policies govern data handled on their infrastructure.
